A grease fire is most likely to occur when you neglect your kitchen exhaust system and allow grease and grime to build up within your ductwork. Depending on the volume of your cooking operations you may need a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual cleaning of your kitchen exhaust system.

Exhaust Hood Cleaning
Less than a teaspoon of grease can start a fire in your kitchen. It only takes a single spark or piece of overheated equipment to send that grease residue up in flames. We understand the importance of keeping your exhaust hood and its components professionally cleaned by a certified inspector to help prevent fires. We are MFS Certified and clean to NFPA Code 96 standards. Our team has the training and equipment to properly clean your exhaust hood and all of its components, including exhaust fans, makeup air vents, ducts, and access panels.
Upon completion of your exhaust hood cleaning, we provide a certificate of inspection and a detailed report of any areas that are non-compliant within the exhaust hood system. Examples of non-compliance are missing access panels or filters that could cause a fire hazard, or an upside-down bell fan that could discharge grease onto your roof. We do a thorough inspection of everything to make sure your business is protected against fires and compliant with insurance, health, and fire safety standards.
We also provide residential exhaust hood cleaning services for professional-grade range hoods.

Kitchen Appliance Cleaning
NFPA Code 96 requires that restaurant cooking equipment be cleaned annually by certified technicians. We dry steam clean kitchen appliances according to NFPA standards to help prevent fires and make your commercial kitchen spotless. Ranges, ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, flat tops, griddles, and grates - we clean them all.
An investment in regular cleaning of your kitchen appliances extends the life of your valuable equipment. Preventative maintenance helps identify problem areas before they cause major problems, like your grill going kaput right in the middle of the lunch rush. Clean appliances, free of grease and grime, allow the true flavors of your cuisine to shine through and keep your food from being contaminated by harmful bacteria.
Our cleaning products are eco-friendly, per the state of California standards and backed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF). We use NSF-certified cleaning products because they set the standard for quality and safety based on the most stringent requirements for food processing facilities like restaurants.
